fish and game to award grants for certain resource activities; and

the adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page               
2900. Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 212(FIN)                       
An Act authorizing the commissioner of fish and game, with the                 
concurrence of the Board of Fisheries or the Board of Game, to                 
award grants for habitat restoration or enhancement projects; and              
providing for an effective date was adopted and read the second                
time.
